Thanks Harley Myers for this GREAT pointer.

Ubuntu 11.04 & 11.10 Howto Install:
unzip and move folder theme to /usr/share/icons/
open a terminal and insert this command line:
"sudo ln -fs /usr/share/icons/Robotic-Defiance/cursor.theme /etc/alternatives/x-cursor-theme"
select pointer with gnome-tweak-tool
Restart Ubuntu, or restart Gnome Shell press ALT+F2 and insert "r", and...the Pointer Work!
